Meet Dr. Tanyeka Lambert

 Dr. Tanyeka Lambert founded LamCo Business Strategies with a clear belief: strong organizations require more than a good strategy. They need leaders who can execute it, people who understand their role, and organizational systems that support it.

Her consulting approach is shaped by more than 30 years of experience navigating complex organizations, developing leaders, managing strategic initiatives, and helping teams turn organizational priorities into action. From a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy to leadership and strategic roles within professional services, Dr. Lambert has worked alongside leaders at multiple levels and understands firsthand the challenges that can emerge when strategy, operations, leadership, and people are not fully aligned.

That experience informs LamCo's practical, solutions-focused approach. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all recommendations, Dr. Lambert works with leaders to understand what is happening within their organization, identify underlying challenges, and develop strategies that are both actionable and sustainable.

Dr. Lambert holds an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration. Her doctoral research examined workplace microaggressions and informed the development of the proprietary S.A.F.E.™ framework, expanding LamCo's capabilities in workplace culture, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
